cmlabs is a brand under PT CMLABS INDONESIA DIGITAL, specializes in the SEO field, and was established in 2019. We use to stand in a new term as Software as a Service (SaaS) and located in two big cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, and Malang. This company was initiated with an idea to help companies or enterprises increase the visibility of their brand on the internet. cmlabs serve users in SEO Consultant, Content Writing, Content Marketing, and also have a product such SERPs Tracker and SEO Tools. SEO Tools are free and available for users who focus on webmaster and SEO writing. cmlabs will expand to a bigger market to present SEO product and serve SEO activities on a global scale for enterprises.
Job Description
- Leading a SEO team
- Act as a technical subject expert about SEO within the company
- Conduct SEO-related research
- Analyze, review and implement websites optimized for search engines.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development (general and specific keywords) and oversee the implementation of those recommendations
- Work with stakeholders to implement SEO initiatives
Requirement
- 3 - 5+ years of SEO experience
- 2+ years managing high-performance SEO or teams, with experience building collaborative teams and coaching/growing team members with proven business results for running enterprise,
- A deep sense of accountability, adaptability, and embracing ambiguity working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Ahrefs, GetStat, etc) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
- Proficient in English with excellent written/verbal communication skills
