Company Description

cmlabs is a brand under PT CMLABS INDONESIA DIGITAL, specializes in the SEO field, and was established in 2019. We use to stand in a new term as Software as a Service (SaaS) and located in two big cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, and Malang. This company was initiated with an idea to help companies or enterprises increase the visibility of their brand on the internet. cmlabs serve users in SEO Consultant, Content Writing, Content Marketing, and also have a product such as SERPs Trackers and SEO Tools. SEO Tools are free and available for users who focus on webmaster and SEO writing. cmlabs will expand to a bigger market to present SEO products and serve SEO activities on a global scale for enterprises.

Qualification

  • Strong written communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, clear, natural, and tonally aware per platform
  • Understands that consistency of format matters as much as quality of individual posts
  • Comfortable working inside a structured weekly production cycle with fixed deadlines
  • Genuinely observant about how brands communicate, not just whether content looks good, but whether it builds anything over time
  • Basic familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn as content platforms

Responsibility

  • Draft weekly content scripts and captions aligned to each brand's active content programs
  • Assist in video content production, on-set support, shot coordination, and handoff
  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, following the weekly production cadence
  • Monitor and compile weekly performance data per brand
  • Flag performance patterns and anomalies in the weekly report
  • Maintain content status tracking so nothing falls through between drafting, review, and posting
