cmlabs is a brand under PT CMLABS INDONESIA DIGITAL, specializes in the SEO field, and was established in 2019. We use to stand in a new term as Software as a Service (SaaS) and located in two big cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, and Malang. This company was initiated with an idea to help companies or enterprises increase the visibility of their brand on the internet. cmlabs serve users in SEO Consultant, Content Writing, Content Marketing, and also have a product such as SERPs Trackers and SEO Tools. SEO Tools are free and available for users who focus on webmaster and SEO writing. cmlabs will expand to a bigger market to present SEO products and serve SEO activities on a global scale for enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Collaborate with team members to gather project requirements and define scope.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, ensuring everyone is well-informed about project progress and changes.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders.
- Assist in coordinating tasks and activities among team members.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines, making adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and development processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum diploma’s, bachelor's, or master's degree program in Information System, Computer Science, Project Management, or related
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Notion, Jira, or Asana.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, systems, and technologies.
- Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and address issues in a proactive manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
