Company Description

cmlabs is a brand under PT CMLABS INDONESIA DIGITAL, specializes in the SEO field, and was established in 2019. We use to stand in a new term as Software as a Service (SaaS) and located in two big cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, and Malang. This company was initiated with an idea to help companies or enterprises increase the visibility of their brand on the internet. cmlabs serve users in SEO Consultant, Content Writing, Content Marketing, and also have a product such SERPs Tracker and SEO Tools. SEO Tools are free and available for users who focus on webmaster and SEO writing. cmlabs will expand to a bigger market to present SEO product and serve SEO activities on a global scale for enterprises.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring PIC.
  2. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and entering new hire information into HR systems.
  3. Assist in the employee engagement, including manage happy day, employee survey and another company events.
  4. Assist in employee learning and development programs, including scheduling sharing session, and tracking employee participation and progress.
  5. Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned
  6. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related matters.

Qualification

  1. Undergraduate Student or Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  2. Have knowledge about recruitment process
  3. Understand English both oral and written
  4. Have a good interpersonal and communication skill.
  5. Demonstrates a strong desire for continuous learning, exhibits a proactive approach towards achieving results, and takes initiative in problem-solving.
  6. Able to work on-site in Malang, Indonesia
