cmlabs is a brand under PT CMLABS INDONESIA DIGITAL, specializes in the SEO field, and was established in 2019. We use to stand in a new term as Software as a Service (SaaS) and located in two big cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, and Malang. This company was initiated with an idea to help companies or enterprises increase the visibility of their brand on the internet. cmlabs serve users in SEO Consultant, Content Writing, Content Marketing, and also have a product such as SERPs Trackers and SEO Tools. SEO Tools are free and available for users who focus on webmaster and SEO writing. cmlabs will expand to a bigger market to present SEO products and serve SEO activities on a global scale for enterprises.

Job Description

  • This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and providing training and support to clients. The Sales Specialist will also manage sales activities to achieve company targets and objectives.

Qualification

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Experience in Training and supporting clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in digital marketing or content marketing is a plus
