cmlabs is a brand under PT CMLABS INDONESIA DIGITAL, specializes in the SEO field, and was established in 2019. We use to stand in a new term as Software as a Service (SaaS) and located in two big cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, and Malang. This company was initiated with an idea to help companies or enterprises increase the visibility of their brand on the internet. cmlabs serve users in SEO Consultant, Content Writing, Content Marketing, and also have a product such as SERPs Trackers and SEO Tools. SEO Tools are free and available for users who focus on webmaster and SEO writing. cmlabs will expand to a bigger market to present SEO products and serve SEO activities on a global scale for enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Developing project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and addressed.
  • Lead the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Communicate project updates and progress regularly to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members, ensuring everyone is well-informed about project progress and changes.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinating tasks and activities among team members.
  • Monitor project timelines and deadlines, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and development processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to take on responsibilities.
  • Ability to identify and address issues independently.
  • Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies and project management approaches.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum diploma’s, bachelor's, or master's degree program in Information System, Computer Science, Project Management, or related.
  • Proven experience as a project manager in the IT field, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex IT projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Notion, Jira, or Asana.
  • In-depth understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, systems, and technologies.
  • Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and guide team members toward achieving project goals.
  • Proven ability to identify and address issues promptly, ensuring project success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
